Big Caller ID improvements

Posted in News

EasyRinger recently released improvements to caller ID. In the past, you had two Caller ID options:

1) The calling number or

2) Your EasyRinger number

While this covers most subscribers’ needs, there’s even more flexibility now: You can now set your caller ID to any EasyRinger number that you own. If you own multiple EasyRinger numbers, then you can use any of those other numbers as your caller ID for a given number. There are lots of uses that subscribers with multiple numbers can devise for this – maybe some of your numbers will use the same caller ID in order to distinguish a certain class of calls, for example. Another example is to use a caller ID in a different country to reduce the cost of your calls – look for more details on that in a future post!
